LGH Hotels Management is seeking a calm, capable Night Supervisor to lead the overnight team at Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport. You will ensure duties are completed to a high standard, maintain safety and order, and deliver exceptional guest service during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Supervisor, Night Porter, or similar hotel role.
• Ability to lead an overnight team and maintain safety and order.
• Calm, dependable and confident under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the night team, ensuring duties are carried out to a high standard.
• Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed throughout the night shift.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints calmly and professionally.
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel.
• Provide general operational support to hotel departments overnight.
• Assist with light housekeeping or maintenance tasks when required.
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night shift.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel when required.
• Act as first response to incidents or emergencies, following hotel procedures.
