Job summary

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport, managed by LGH Hotels Management Ltd, is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead our overnight team and ensure the hotel runs smoothly, safely and professionally through the night.

You will supervise duties, uphold security procedures, handle guest requests with calm leadership, and contribute to warm, seamless service across departments while maintaining a well‑ordered night operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Supervisor or similar hotel role.
• Ability to lead overnight team with calm, clear direction.
• Commitment to safety, security, and guest satisfaction during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the night team, ensuring duties are carried out to a high standard
• Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed throughout the night shift
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints calmly and professionally
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
• Provide general operational support to hotel departments overnight
• Assist with light housekeeping or maintenance tasks when required
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night shift
• Check guests in and out of the hotel when required
• Act as first response to incidents or emergencies, following hotel procedures
• Complete overnight reports and handover information for senior management

The Opportunity

This role suits someone who is dependable, confident, and reassuring -able to support guests, lead colleagues, and maintain structure during overnight operations. Using Human Givens principles, the focus is on providing security, order, and clear leadership when guests and teams need it most.
