Elite Hotels is seeking a proactive Marketeer to own our on-property marketing messaging, ensuring brand consistency and top-notch presentation. You will manage the events calendar, coordinate with the central team, and help bring annual plans to life with attention to detail.

You will support branding refreshes, assist with content creation and storytelling, and collaborate with senior leaders to optimise guest communications and revenue opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing within hospitality.
• Strong Canva design skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Be a point of contact for press visits and input into PR calls.
• Own the calendar of events from ideation to marketing activity and reporting on success.
• Ensure guest-facing marketing aligns with brand standards.
• Coordinate key print projects, manage stock and simple design tasks.
• Collaborate with hotel to meet deadlines of central marketing initiatives.
• Support branding refresh roll-out and correct legacy item removal.
• Assist with on-the-ground content, photo/video shoots and storytelling opportunities.
• Communicate guest-facing operational changes to the central team.
• Act as the go-to for marketing on property and liaise with HODs and senior management.
• Support HR marketing tasks promoting the hotel as an employer of choice.
• Work with Group Digital Marketing to manage presence on third-party sites.
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities and capture relevant data.
