Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. is seeking a proactive Marketeer to own the on-property marketing narrative, ensure brand consistency, and present our luxury guest experience with precision.

You will coordinate annual marketing plans with the central team and drive revenue through thoughtful events and storytelling. The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with HODs and senior leadership to optimise guest touchpoints and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Own the calendar of events from idea generation to marketing take-to-market with central team and report on profitability of events.
• Ensure guest-facing marketing touchpoints align with company standards.
• Coordinate print projects, manage stock, and handle simple design tasks.
• Gather hotel requirements to meet central marketing deadlines and support branding roll-out.
• Support content gathering on-the-ground, assist with photo/video shoots, and source storytelling opportunities.
• Communicate guest-facing operational changes to the central team for timely online updates.
• Be the go-to property marketer, liaising with HODs and senior management.
• Assist HR marketing tasks to promote the hotel as an employer of choice.
• Manage the Group Digital Marketing presence on third-party sites and showcase visual assets.
• Maximise cross-sell opportunities with on-property guests and capture relevant data.
