Job summary

Travelodge Bristol Avonmouth is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead and motivate the hotel team, drive guest satisfaction and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, develop personal growth plans, manage rosters, oversee food & beverage standards where applicable, monitor feedback, and ensure safe, clean rooms and public areas while hitting KPI targets and driving revenue growth.
