Travelodge Bristol Avonmouth is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead and develop hotel teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and driving KPI achievement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service-focused hotel team.
• Food & beverage experience is advantageous for Bar Cafe hotels.
• Strong communication to achieve KPIs and scorecard targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams.
• Create personal development plans for team members and recruit staff.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to brand standards (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Maximise food and beverage sales through cross and upselling.
• Review customer feedback and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance to company standards.
• Manage rosters, banking and health & safety.
• Drive awareness and engagement for team members through incentive schemes.
