Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in general hotel maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical and decorative repairs.
• Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Audit rooms and public areas to assess repair requirements.
• Keep up to date records of all room audits and file appropriately.
• Respond efficiently to guest maintenance requests.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and cleaned after each shift.
• Assist the department with all other duties as required.
• Have full knowledge of the Company’s Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Emergency procedures.
