RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our hotel’s high standards. You will carry out repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, ensuring issues are resolved promptly to minimise disruption and uphold guest experience.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, good organisation, and flexibility to work shifts are essential. Previous experience in maintenance or facilities is desirable, and training and benefits are

Competenze

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, engineering, or similar hands‑on role is desirable
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance including areas such as plumbing, electrical work, decorating, or general repairs
• A practical and proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent attention to detail

Mansioni

• Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues to minimise disruption
• Carry out routine inspections of equipment, plant rooms and hotel facilities and report faults
• Support the delivery of the preventative maintenance programme to keep systems operating safely
• Work with colleagues across departments to address maintenance requirements
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and report issues needing specialist attention
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
