RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Maintenance Team Member for our London hotel. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities to uphold high standards and guest satisfaction.

You will respond quickly to requests, inspect equipment, and support preventative maintenance programmes while collaborating with colleagues across departments to keep the building safe and well maintained.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in maintenance or similar hands-on role.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, decorating).
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solving.
• Good organisational skills and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimise disruption and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Carry out routine inspections of equipment, plant rooms, and hotel facilities, identifying and reporting faults or hazards.
• Support the delivery of the preventative maintenance programme to keep equipment and building systems safe and efficient.
• Work with colleagues across departments to address maintenance requirements and day-to-day operations.
• Assist with basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, decorating, carpentry and general upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and report issues requiring specialist attention.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
