RBH Hospitality Management Ltd invites applications for a Maintenance Team Member at our London-area hotel. You will perform repairs, routine inspections and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities to uphold our high standards.

Qualificações

• Previous maintenance/facilities/engineering experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, decorating, or general repairs.
• Practical, proactive approach to problem-solving with great attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a hotel team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Commitment to delivering a safe, well-maintained environment for guests.

Responsabilidades

• Help maintain our hotel’s high standards by carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently to minimise disruption and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Carry out routine inspections of equipment, plant rooms, and hotel facilities, identifying and reporting any faults or potential hazards.
• Support the delivery of the preventative maintenance programme, helping to keep equipment and building systems operating safely and effectively.
• Work closely with colleagues across all departments to address maintenance requirements and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance tasks across a range of disciplines including plumbing, electrical, decorating, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any issues requiring specialist attention or further action.
• Follow all health & safety procedures, contributing to a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
