Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across our Bromsgrove hotel in the United Kingdom. You will own the maintenance function, manage the team and contractors, and drive high standards of safety, compliance and operational readiness.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, repairs and refurbishments, ensuring minimal guest disruption while delivering long-term asset value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge across general maintenance disciplines.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and compliance regulations.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors and maintenance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel maintenance is safe, functional and well maintained across guest and back-of-house areas.
• Lead the maintenance team, providing direction, support and development.
• Plan and deliver preventative maintenance programmes and reactive repairs.
• Manage maintenance projects, repairs and refurbishments with minimal disruption to guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards, safety and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Life Safety and regulations.
• Manage contractor relationships for quality, cost control and compliance.
• Oversee budgets and maintenance activity to deliver value for money.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity, compliance checks and equipment performance.
