Job summary

Andras House Ltd in Belfast is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Crowne Plaza Hotel. You will supervise the hotel’s maintenance team, perform safety checks, and oversee building and infrastructure upkeep to ensure a safe, well‑maintained guest environment.

Working with the Maintenance Manager, you’ll plan and coordinate maintenance programs, supervise repairs in guest rooms and public areas, manage external contractors and prepare reports on operations. 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance in a hotel or customer facing environment.
• Experience in carrying out complex maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of local regulations, standards and health & safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Team player with excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff through safety checks and records.
• Oversee hotel building maintenance and ensure a high standard of upkeep.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in implementing maintenance programs.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise completion of work.
• Manage maintenance in guest rooms and corridors including fixtures/fittings.
• Perform basic repairs and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
• Train staff for emergency situations and ensure compliance with H&S.
