Job summary

Andras Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member in Belfast to maintain spotless rooms and provide a welcoming guest experience. The role requires 20 hours per week with shifts between 12pm and 10pm, contributing to a busy hospitality environment.

You will assist guests, report maintenance needs, and follow safety procedures while upholding brand standards across front and back of house areas. Training and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a team and independently
• High standards of attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and flexible with regards to working hours
• Ability to communicate and follow instruction
• Must have a clear understanding of speaking and understanding English
• Experience within a Housekeeping role or Cleaning role

Responsibilities

• Make sure our rooms are always at their best and special for guests
• Help guests and assist with requests
• Inform supervisor of progress and repairs needed
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE when needed
• Keep supplies and amenities well managed and reduce waste
• Log lost and found items and reunite with owners
• Wear uniform and name badge
• Support ad-hoc duties and team collaboration
• Monitor and control supplies and minimize waste in all areas
• Log and report lost and found items
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and service
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties
• Attend training and maintain front and back of house areas
