Job summary

Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon is seeking a proactive Maintenance professional to support the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with senior hotel management on planned projects. You will help maintain guest areas including bedrooms, bars, restaurants, leisure facilities, and conference rooms, ensuring a superior guest experience.

The role offers shift flexibility across 7 days a week, including varied contracted hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance and facilities management.
• Ability to lead a team and prioritise tasks.
• Willing to work flexible shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Manager and work closely with senior hotel management teams to assist in planned project work.
• Maintain hotel bedrooms, the bar and restaurant, and leisure facilities / conference rooms to ensure high standards.
• Provide maintenance cover across 7 days a week and a range of shifts.
