Responsibilities

• Clean and present guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors to consistently high standards.
• Change bed linen, restock amenities and follow property presentation guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment and storage areas in a tidy, organised state.
• Support linen movement, replenishment and room readiness during busy periods.
• Demonstrate warm, professional interactions when encountering guests.
• Follow all cleaning procedures, COSHH, manual handling and safety protocols.
