Staycity Group is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the housekeeping team in delivering high-quality standards across our Staycity properties. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction while driving a culture of teamwork and operational excellence.

With 3+ years in hotel or hospitality and proven leadership, you will oversee SOPs, coordinate daily duties, and uphold Staycity’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel or hospitality with housekeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-organize
• Experience in leading or guiding a team

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping team in implementing SOPs and maintaining hygiene and presentation standards
• Inspect rooms and support general housekeeping duties as required
• Lead, train and motivate a cohesive, high-performing team
