Job summary

Sydney House Chelsea, part of Brownsword Hotels, is seeking a Hotel Guest Services Assistant on a 24-hour contract. Join a team delivering exceptional guest experiences across reception, food & beverage and housekeeping in a stylish Chelsea location near South Kensington.

Responsibilities

• Support breakfast service, set tables and maintain restaurant standards.
• Complete daily beverage and stock counts; replenish glassware and stock.
• Clean and service bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to hotel standards.
• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly and confident manner.
• Provide concierge knowledge of the Chelsea area and assist with reservations.
