Job summary

HotelCare in Glasgow seeks a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will work with the Head Housekeeper to drive efficiency, guest satisfaction, and consistent quality on site.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong people management, and a proactive approach to training and safety. Permanent contract with flexible hours and site-based work are offered.

As a Floor Supervisor, your role involves overseeing a busy housekeeping department. You will work alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

• Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.


• Organising staff rotas.


• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.


• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.


• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
