Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee maintenance and physical operations for Aloft by Marriott Birmingham Eastside and The Eastside Rooms. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and maintain the property to the brand's high quality and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Maintenance role at managerial level, preferably in hotel/events.
• Experience in one or more building trades and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to lead on green and sustainable initiatives and act as Energy Champion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance tasks across the hotel and venues to meet brand and operational standards.
• Oversee maintenance and safe operation of hotel systems, equipment and facilities; ensure health & safety and legal compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and prevent disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, conference/events and F&B to respond to maintenance requests.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and manage maintenance supplies and contracts to ensure safe, efficient completion.
