Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Assistant to ensure the hotel's facilities, equipment and grounds are well-maintained and safe for guests and staff. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform routine tasks, troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors, contributing to a first-class guest experience in line with our brand standards.

The role requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and general hotel upkeep, plus good communication and time management

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance for hotel facilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Eye for detail to spot issues early.
• Effective time management for hotel projects.
• Basic computer literacy to track work orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment.
