Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hotel shifts, coach the team and ensure guests enjoy a great stay. This hands-on role on the floor drives smooth operations and service standards.

You will coordinate with reception, housekeeping and food service, address guest queries promptly and work with the Hotel Manager and leadership team to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
