Job summary

Pasture Cardiff is seeking a confident Host Supervisor to join the Front-of-House team, leading the first impression and managing the flow of bookings. You’ll support the Host Manager, train new staff, and help deliver the calm, warm welcome we’re known for.

You’ll have experience in restaurant reservations or guest-facing hospitality, ideally with knowledge of SevenRooms or a similar system. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly rate with a share of Tronc and extensive staff

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant reservations or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp, organised and computer-savvy, able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house flow and manage bookings.
• Support the Host Manager in training new team members.
• Help deliver the calm, confident welcome Pasture is known for.
• Contribute to shaping a welcoming front-of-house atmosphere.
