Pasture Cardiff is seeking a confident Host Supervisor to lead the front-of-house experience. You will manage bookings, support the host team, and ensure a calm, welcoming first impression for guests in a fast-paced setting.

You will work full-time, based in Cardiff, with a shared Tronc equity on top of hourly pay. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and the ability to stay composed during peak service times.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant reservations or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Knowledge of SevenRooms or similar system is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, calm under pressure, team support.

Responsibilities

• Lead bookings flow and host team coordination.
• Train new team members under Host Manager guidance.
• Deliver a calm, confident welcome for guests during busy periods.
