Job summary

Roomzzz Newcastle is seeking a friendly Night Host to welcome guests and offer local recommendations. You’ll enhance the guest journey from arrival through departure on a 12-hour night shift, supporting a 24-hour reception.

This zero-hour role operates on a rota of 3 days on, 3 days off, weekends included. A great smile and warm personality are essential; prior hotel experience is helpful but not required.

• Night porter/host experience not required but helpful.

We are looking for a guest-orientated candidate to join our amazing and friendly team as a Night Host!

Night Host

We are proud of our friendly, professional team members and we are looking for someone with a great smile and a warm personality! You will enjoy welcoming our guests, being a point of contact if they need any help or recommendations on the local area. You will enhance the customer journey from start to finish. We do provide a 24-hour reception service to our guests so your rota will be working for 12 hour shifts throughout. Similar experience in a hotel environment would be helpful but is not essential, however, a great personality is most important!

Please note this position is a zero hour position based on a rota where 12 hour shift pattern is worked 3 days on and 3 days off. Weekends will be included!
