The Role

• Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a warm welcome and unique and special experience to guests
• Support your team to create a positive and infectious energy that excites guests before, during and at the end of their experience so that they leave with a smile
• Demonstrate your determination to deliver impeccable service with an eye for detail – picking up on the little things that will make guests feel special
• Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements
• Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn new skills
• All hosts will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased
