**About the job**

Company Description: Working From is looking for a Home Host to join the team at The Hoxton, Southwark, London. This location is known for its vibrant history and central position near Blackfriars Bridge, Waterloo, and London Bridge stations.

**Role Overview:** As a Home Host, you will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring they feel welcome and at ease, while also maintaining the space and supporting operational tasks.

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Greet members and guests efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.
2. Manage day pass setups and member inductions.
3. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and tours in the absence of the sales team.
4. Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness across the floors.
5. Manage stock and create reports as required.
6. Own the front desk operations for a seamless member experience.
7. Set up and manage meeting rooms and calendars.
8. Receive and process mail and deliveries securely.
9. Maintain lobby cleanliness and support cafe and housekeeping teams during busy times.
10. Assist with member engagement and support management initiatives.
11. Attend training and support space setup for events.
12. Follow SOPs, complete building walkarounds, and report maintenance issues.
13. Ensure timely stock storage and delivery services for members.

• Excellent relationship-building skills; well-known and trusted by members.
• Proactive understanding of member needs.
• Experience in hospitality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Comfortable with property management systems and reporting.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to do varied tasks.
