Job Introduction

We are looking for a Fine Dining Events Ambassador to join our team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts in Canary Wharf. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a crucial role in delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests.

Joining a team of five, you will be responsible for creating and executing unparalleled private fine dining experiences for high-profile guests within our office environment. This role demands exceptional culinary skills, impeccable service, and meticulous attention to detail. The Fine Dining Events Ambassador serves as the primary liaison for all high-profile bookings, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 32 per week (Monday-Thursday with flexibility around the days worked as per business needs. 8-hour shifts per day, on a shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 10 PM)

Main Responsibilities

• Provide discreet, attentive, and personalised service to VIP guests.
• Set and maintain elegant dining environments, including table settings and ambiance.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Coordinate the service of food and beverages, ensuring perfect timinig.
• Work collaboratively as a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Act as the central point of contact for all inquiries related to high-profile events.
• Manage the end-to-end booking process.
• Maintain a comprehensive booking calendar and database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Handle high volume of event inquiries
