Your purpose

Attend work on time and consistently well-groomed in order to represent the high standards of the House.

Help create a team environment that promotes excellent morale, commitment and pride.

Acknowledge members and guests (by name if possible) throughout the House, assisting them as required, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome.

Consistently deliver the standards set out by Home House together with superior guest service.

Liaise with the Management team to ensure any necessary matters are communicated.

Deal with any complaints calmly and tactfully, reporting each case directly to the management team

Take ownership of your personal development within your role and attend training where required.

Carry out any ad hoc duties as required by the management team.

About You

A passion for delivering exceptional service with a flair for hospitality.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.

Previous experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment is preferred.
