Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and table allocations during your shift, including greeting guests, seating them, and bidding farewell to ensure a positive experience.
• Fulfill guests' special requests, including dietary needs, food and drink preferences, and special occasions.
• Coordinate with other departments and hotel staff to maintain seamless service.

Operational hours are shift-based and may vary.

• Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
