Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organized Deployment Manager to join the EMEA Product & Technology team in Windsor. You will onboard technology across portfolio deals, new hotel openings and conversions, ensuring each hotel has the systems it needs for go-live.

You will lead tech onboarding, deliver PMS deployments, build deployment plans, coordinate with hotel teams, IHG stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure operational readiness at go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations or strong front office/reservations understanding.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating projects, implementations or multiple workstreams.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to work independently.
• PMS experience is advantageous, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for portfolio deals, conversions and openings.
• Deliver PMS deployments and coordinate tech requirements.
• Create deployment plans, track progress across hotels.
• Coordinate hotel teams, IHG stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure hotels are ready technologically at go-live.
