Job summary

Whitbread is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Lead to own and prioritise technology products across Hotels & Restaurants operations, with focus on self-service kiosks, keys & access, and security. You’ll translate strategy into epics, align engineering and operations, and drive cross-functional delivery in a hybrid, guest‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Lead or similar in a technology/digital environment.
• Proven ability to convert strategy into actionable delivery.
• Experience with guest-facing or hospitality tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain prioritized product backlogs across Hotels & Restaurants tech products.
• Translate strategy into epics, features and user stories for delivery.
• Lead refinement, planning, acceptance and reviews throughout delivery lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Release, Service and Change teams.
• Drive product performance, adoption and value post go-live.
