Hilton in the United Kingdom seeks an Interim Associate Global Deployment & Change Management to support the Deployment Property Engagement Platform (PEP) rollout and the new PMS system. You will work within an in-house Technology team to deliver technical guidance and system configurations across hospitality operations.

This fixed-term role requires travel up to 80% and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure data migration and seamless interfaces.

Qualifications

• Professional work experience in Technology or related field like hotel operations.
• Work experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems.
• Understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS and interfaces.
• Ability to Travel up to 80%.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot issues and offer technical guidance.
• Deliver remote or onsite hotel operations training/support.
• Build and configure system databases.
• Set up hardware and interfaces.
• Migrate hotels from retired PMS to PEP, ensuring complete data transfer.
