Job summary

Oakland Care in Wantage is seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to deliver an exceptional dining and resident experience in our luxury care home. You will work with the Catering, Lifestyles, and Housekeeping teams to create a warm, five-star service for residents and their families.

The role requires strong people skills and solid organisational abilities, plus prior hospitality experience in care settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and care environments.
• Strong people and organisational skills.
• Affinity for care and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional hospitality service in the home with the catering team.
• Lead a 5-star resident and family experience within the home.
• Support hospitality assistants to achieve daily tasks, leading by example.
• Plan and execute resident events with the Head of Hospitality.
• Ensure dining areas are set up to a very high standard.
• Deputise for the Head of Hospitality to meet regulators' standards.
