Job summary

Harri is seeking a Hospitality Team Leader for a luxury care home in Wantage. The role involves delivering exceptional hospitality alongside the Catering, Lifestyles, and Housekeeping teams, with dayshift hours and weekend elements.

Based at Elmbrook Court, Grove Road, Wantage, you will support residents and families in a premium setting. The position emphasizes strong people skills, care ethos, and organisational excellence, essential to maintaining a high standard of service and compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional hospitality service in the home in conjunction with the catering team.

• Collaborate with the Head of Hospitality to plan and run resident events.
• Ensure dining areas are set up and maintained to a very high standard.
• Work with and deputise for the Head of Hospitality to meet regulator standards.

Our Hospitality Team Leader will provide an exceptional hospitality service within our luxury care home, working with the Catering Team, the Lifestyles Team and Housekeeping.

As Hospitality Team Leader your key responsibilities will include:

• To provide an exceptional hospitality service in the home in conjunction with the catering team.


• To lead and implement a 5-star resident and family experience within the home.


• Support the Hospitality assistants to achieve daily tasks, leading by example in a front-facing role.


• Work closely with the Head of Hospitality to plan and execute any customer/resident events.


• Ensure that dining areas are set up and maintained to a very high standard.


• To work with and deputise for the Head of Hospitality ensuring compliance with standards expected by regulators.
