Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Heartwood Inns pubs and Brasserie Blanc venues. The role focuses on leading service on the floor, training teams, and supporting the General Manager with staffing and financial duties across branded operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as an Assistant Manager, ideally with branded operations knowledge
• Ability to run service from the floor and deliver training and support to team members
• Proven leadership skills and experience assisting the General Manager with admin, staffing and finances
