Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead service on the floor across our cosy pubs and brasseries in London. You’ll supervise guest experiences, train team members, and support the General Manager with admin and staffing duties.

A confident, people-focused leader with 2–3 years in branded hospitality is ideal. We offer On Target Earnings with a 48-hour week, TRONC included, early pay and a strong array of benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as an Assistant Manager in branded hospitality.
• Confident in running a service from the floor and delivering training to team members.
• Able to run different aspects of hospitality, including bar, host stand, and reception for rooms site, with leadership skills.
• Able to assist the General Manager with admin, staffing and financial aspects of running a site.

Responsibilities

• Lead service on the floor and ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Train and develop team members to maintain service standards.
• Support the General Manager with admin tasks, staffing and financial aspects of running the site.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across Heartwood Collection venues.
