Chestnut is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead our FOH and BOH teams at The Gin Trap in Ringstead, near North Norfolk. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive service standards and guest satisfaction across restaurant and hotel operations.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, manage stock and cash, and push financial performance while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Attractive incentives and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Track record of achieving financial targets.
