Chestnut is seeking an organised Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the Front of House at The Gin Trap in East Anglia. You will work with General and Assistant Manager to deliver a welcoming guest experience and supervise the front of house team.

We value high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and pride in a great guest experience. You’ll coordinate daily operations, handle cash, support training and development, and help maintain a clean, friendly pub atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the front of house team, leading by example
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Reporting back to the Assistant/General manager with any concerns regarding team/property
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately
