Titchwell Manor is seeking a General Manager to lead our hotel, bar, terrace, and restaurant located on the North Norfolk coast. The ideal candidate should have a natural ability to host, a passion for food and guest satisfaction, and demonstrated leadership skills.

We're looking for a General Manager for Titchwell Manor — a hotel, bar, terrace and restaurant on the North Norfolk coast, where guests come to slow down, settle in and feel genuinely looked after.

This isn't a formal country house, and it isn't just a restaurant with rooms. It's a home-from-home for guests who value exceptional food, thoughtful wine and intuitive service — delivered without fuss, but with real care. And it's a place people gather: weddings, milestone celebrations, private dinners, special occasions that deserve both seamless organisation and heartfelt hospitality.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and inspiring front and back of house teams
• Working closely with the Head Chef to maintain a destination food and drink offering
• Championing a premium yet relaxed guest experience across dining, rooms, bar and private events
• Overseeing weddings, gatherings and special occasions with professionalism and care
• Setting service standards that feel intuitive, not scripted
• Owning commercial performance — room revenue, stock management, cost control
• Building a team culture people want to stay for
• Being the host and figurehead — present, engaged and proud
