Job summary

The Pheasant Hotel, Kelling, near Holt, part of Coaching Inn Group, seeks a Deputy General Manager with strong hospitality leadership to run the hotel and its busy bar and restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

You will have at least 2 years in a senior management role in a good quality hotel or F&B, with a proven ability to lead teams, control standards, and support guests in a hands-on, detail‑oriented way.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a senior management role in a quality hotel or F&B operation.
• Experience taking responsibility for the business in the absence of the General Manager.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team from the front to maintain high operational standards.

You will need to have at least 2 years experience in a senior management role in a good quality hotel or food and beverage operation where you have taken responsibility for the business in the absence of your General Manager . This beautiful manor house style hotel is looking for a guest focused manager who can lead the team from the front and has an eye for detail to manage operational standards in our busy bar and restaurant , as well as meet the needs of our hotel guests.
