Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a talented Mobile Chef to join our Education & Healthcare team covering Newport and surrounding sites within 25 miles of NP10 8NF. The permanent role offers 35 hours Monday to Friday, with term-time options and perks such as PerkBox, discounts, and a supportive career path.

You will prepare healthy meals, follow recipes, mentor colleagues, and uphold stringent food-safety standards while working with a great team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Able to pass DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students, staff and hospitality functions.
• Following recipes and all policies and procedures.
• Mentoring new colleagues and working as part of a talented team.
• Good time management in this fast-paced role.
• Keeping kitchen records up to date.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
