Aramark UK is recruiting a Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at UHI Perth (PH12 NX). The role involves organising team members to ensure efficient service, stocking and audit duties, and covering management when needed. You will recruit and train staff while supporting day-to-day office tasks and payroll processes.

Must have experience in catering or retail and proven team leadership. DBS checks are required and a commitment to safeguarding and safe recruitment is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• You will beorganisingteam members to deliver service efficiently
• Stock counts, conducting audits, placing orders
• Assistin providing management cover when your manager is on annual leave or at another site
• Recruit and train members of staff
• Day to dayoffice tasks, such asrotas,processing payroll,holiday cover,daily team briefingsetc
• Receive and deal with customer complaints/feedback quickly and effectively

Key Requirements:

• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Previousexperience in a catering or retail environment
• Experience as a team leader managing people
