Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Education sector at the University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus, AL10 9AB. This permanent, full-time role offers a 35-hour week with shifts between 8am and 4pm, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events.

You will work within a supportive team, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and service, with opportunities for training and apprenticeship schemes as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard.
• Assist in prep for breakfast & lunch service.
• Make food to recipe.
• Carry out & maintain FIFO stock rotation.
• Assist the Head Chef with stock management.
• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout your working day.

Job Responsibilities
