Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Hospitality Sous Chef to oversee a bustling hospitality department.

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety at all times.
  • Station Management: Oversee the production of all dishes at your station, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards for presentation and taste.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, support colleagues, and coach junior chefs.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate on developing and tasting new recipes, suggesting improvements.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and your area clean and equipment in good condition.

Requirements include proven experience as a Hospitality Sous Chef or similar, knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines, understanding of food safety, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
