Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth operations and safety.
• Lead from the front during peak shifts to maintain seamless service in Pass, Bar, or Floor.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to develop their skills and deliver standout hospitality.
• Ensure picture-perfect dish presentation and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for guests and team.
