Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. You will support Account Directors and the Commercial Director, coordinating client communications and events.

A minimum of 2 years in a mid-to-large hotel sales environment is required, with strong verbal and written skills and solid knowledge of Excel and hotel PMS systems such as Delphi and Opera. Join us on-site and contribute to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a mid to large hotel sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy including Excel and hotel PMS (Delphi & Opera).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Account Directors and Commercial Director to ensure seamless client and internal communications.
• Organise fam trips, showrounds, client entertainment events.
• Support exhibitions and industry events participation.
• Maintain account production information and agent production listings.
• Provide sales team and client communications support.
• Keep Belfry intranets up to date with Belfry information.
• Assist with diary management and sales team reporting.
