Celtic Manor Resort is seeking a Food & Bar Associate at ICC Wales, Newport. You will join a world-class team delivering warm, professional service across bars, banqueting and event spaces, supporting setup and guest interactions to create exceptional experiences.

We offer full training, a competitive hourly rate of £12.72 and 37.5 hours per week, with a benefits package and opportunities to grow within The Celtic Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B is helpful, but training is provided.
• You will be part of a world-class team behind ICC Wales, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced events environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service across bars, banqueting and event spaces.
• Prepare, serve and clear food & beverage to high standards.
• Support event set-ups, ensuring areas are clean, stocked and ready for service.
• Handle guest enquiries with confidence and care.
• Work with the operations team to deliver seamless events.
• Maintain presentation, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
