Responsibilities

• Serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
• Preparing bars and service areas before events.
• Operating draught dispense systems and bar equipment.
• Providing exceptional customer service at Christmas events.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in bar areas.
• Monitoring stock levels and keeping bars stocked during service.
• Following Challenge 25 and licensing regulations.
• Handling guest enquiries confidently and professionally.
• Supporting colleagues to run events smoothly.
• Assisting with food and beverage service when required.
• Maintaining food safety and health & safety procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full training will be provided.
