You will lead the Operations team and Master Apartments, prepare teams for daily business, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining standards in food, beverage, and conference bookings.

The role requires flexibility in shifts (including weekends), strong communication, and a genuine hospitality mindset to resolve guest requests

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a hospitality or Food & Beverage team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Comfort with cash handling and till procedures.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Operations team and Master Apartments to ensure high standards.
• Coordinate daily operations with restaurant and conference bookings.
• Serve food and drinks and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain visible presence and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Ensure cash, float, and till procedures are carried out correctly.
