Job summary

Hetland Hall Hotel, part of the RAD Hotel Group, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure top-tier guest experiences in Scotland. You will lead departmental managers, manage staffing, costs, and brand standards while driving revenue, guest satisfaction and service excellence across all departments.

• Experience in an Operations Manager or senior management role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient service across all departments.
• Leading, motivating, and developing departmental managers and hotel teams.
• Managing staffing levels, rotas, and operational costs to support business targets.
• Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensuring all operational procedures, brand standards, and company policies are followed.
• Supporting weddings, events, restaurant, bar, and accommodation operations as needed.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Working with senior management to drive revenue, performance, and guest satisfaction.
